About us and the way we work

At labelluck.com we concentrate on one brand, Betor. We describe and compare what it offers: bonuses, rules, and the tools a player has for responsible gambling. Other brands are not discussed here. We are an independent affiliate portal, not part of the brand.

We offer no gambling ourselves, and under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, we are not a gambling operator. Nobody opens a player account with us, pays in money or collects a win, and we identify no one under the AML Act. What you read here is information, not legal or other expert advice.

You do not have to take our word for it. We build on sources anyone can check. We compare the offer and terms with the betor.cz website. We confirm that the operator holds a licence in the public list of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. The name, company ID number and registered office of the company behind Betor are shown in the ARES register, and the legal framework comes from the Gambling Act.

If our text and the operator's terms part ways, the operator's terms apply. They may, moreover, change at any time.

When the operator changes its offer or rules, we update our pages to match. If you spot an inconsistency or have a correction to suggest, send it to contact@labelluck.com. We will put the mistake right and the page's date of last change will move; the list of changes of the site records when each page was changed.

Visiting betor.cz or registering through such a link costs you nothing extra. The operator is responsible for the conditions of bonuses and other offers, so read them on its site before registering.

The sole operator is TRELANGEN a.s., IČO 05528224, Riegrova 373/6, 779 00 Olomouc; no other firm offers gambling under this brand. It received its licence to do so from the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic under the Gambling Act, and you can confirm that the licence is valid in the Ministry of Finance list of licensed operators.

labelluck.com has no link to that company: it runs no gambling, does not belong to the TRELANGEN a.s. group and cannot get at the data of Betor customers.

We are independent of the brand's operator, are not part of its group and run the site as a separate affiliate project. We own up to partner links and commission, and for each piece of information we say where it came from. Our facts rest on the operator's website and the public Ministry of Finance list, so anyone can look into them. We back responsible gambling and draw attention to its risks. And if you point out a mistake, we will correct it.
