Who is responsible for your data

The controller deciding why and how personal data is processed here is the operator of labelluck.com. If you have a question about processing or wish to exercise your rights as a data subject, write to it at contact@labelluck.com.

What we learn about you

Browsing labelluck.com produces technical data: IP address, type of device, browser and operating system, the moment of access and the URLs of the pages you open. We use it to run the site, protect it and for analytics. Cookies are stored on the device as well, and we describe them in detail further down this page.

If you e-mail us at contact@labelluck.com, we process your address, the text of the message and your signature if you add one. We need nothing more: we do not process data of Betor players or data on gambling, identity verification or payments.

Why we process data and for how long

Processing rests on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), on Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, and for cookies on § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications.

We look after the operation and protection of the site on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); we hold such data for 12 months at most, or as technical possibilities allow. We reply to e-mails on the basis of contract performance or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and keep the data from them while we deal with the enquiry, though no longer than 6 months. Analytics and marketing cookies are stored solely with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), until it is withdrawn or according to your browser settings.

Who else gets to the data

Service providers take part in running the site and in analytics, so they may have access to the data. These are hosting and CDN providers, which keep the site running, reachable and secure, and web analytics providers, whose visitor statistics we draw on when optimising the site. We name them only if they are publicly identifiable within the site. We pass data to no one else, unverified entities included, without a legal reason.

Data outside the European Union

An analytics tool may belong to a provider based outside the EU and the EEA. In that case personal data is transferred to a third country, and the transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, which are designed to ensure adequate protection. If the site does not use such a service, no data goes to third countries.

Your rights

The GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. give you the right to know what data we hold on you and to get access to it (Art. 15 GDPR). We will correct inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR) and, under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR, erase it on request, which is referred to as the right to be forgotten. You can have processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR), have data processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract handed over to you (Art. 20 GDPR) and lodge an objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent you have given; whatever was processed before the withdrawal remains lawful.

How quickly we respond

Send your request to contact@labelluck.com. The controller will handle it without undue delay and within 30 days of receipt at the latest. It may extend that period by two more months if the request is complex or if it receives a large number of them; it will inform you of the extension.

Complaints

If you have the impression that the processing of your personal data has breached legal rules, you can bring a complaint to the supervisory body, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). Its address is Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, and its website www.uoou.cz.

Security

Data travelling between your device and the server is protected by the HTTPS/TLS protocol. Access to stored personal data is guarded by technical and organisational measures that keep pace with the current state of technology. The controller regularly revises the security settings and adopts measures that prevent unauthorised access to the data and its misuse.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a page stores on your device. Cookies help the site function, make it possible to analyse traffic and can be used to adapt content or ads.

We distinguish three groups. Necessary cookies handle basic functions without which the site might not work properly, and under § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. we do not need your consent for them. Analytics cookies gather anonymised statistics on how the site is used, while marketing cookies make personalised advertising and the tracking of behaviour across sites possible; we store both of these groups only with your consent.

The site stores an item named ck-consent, which remembers your decision on consent; how long it stays on the device is determined by your browser settings.

You can manage cookies directly in the browser. Chrome keeps them in Settings under Privacy and security, in the Cookies and other site data item. Firefox tucks them away in Options, in the Privacy & Security section, under the name Cookies and Site Data. In Safari open Preferences, Privacy and Manage Website Data; in Microsoft Edge open Settings, Cookies and site permissions and finally Cookies and site data. Instructions on managing and blocking cookies can also be found in the browser's help.

Policy updates

This policy may change, most often because of new or amended legislation or a different way of processing data. You will learn of any significant change on the site. Look through the current version from time to time, then.
